I originally bought the child's Mobito about 5 years ago for my grandson who has cerebral palsy among other serious issues. This gave him the opportunity to join his family on short bike rides for the first time. He's 13 now and so I'm ordering the Adult version, the Triton in his favorite color - orange!!! this one should last him a looooong time.
Bella looks so cool on her Mobito! She loves this bike so much and has been wanting to go on bike rides every weekend.
My kid started dialysis shortly after starting school, and with the post in her chest it wasn't safe to do a typical bike. However, she's always wanted to keep up with her sister and most trikes aren't cut out for that. This gave her that chance. Comfortable, safe from falls, it kept her going and feeling at least a little more ""normal"" when her health made her an outsider at school.
My son LOVED this bike! So easy to use and nice bright colors to keep on eye on him while he's riding around the park. The brakes work great and comes to a complete stop without worrying about him crashing. Bike is also adjustable and he will definitely get years of use this bike as he grows.
My child tried this type of bike for the first time with no experience. I can tell you, she did not have a problem riding and steering the bike. She was comfortable being low and able to brake when needed. The speed is what made her wanting to ride it even more. To top off this bike, she even went slightly off road and still maintain the flow of riding. We love this bike for her.
