Even though we offer free shipping on most items, any shipping fees received on orders will not be refunded. The original cargo expenses will not be refunded as part of any refund. The rear wheels should be angled correctly to enable the cruisers to steer smoothly and easily. The rear wheels are made to be offset from one another. The distance between the rear wheels' backs should be 0.25" to 0.75" longer than the distance between the rear wheels' fronts. This spacing can be altered if required by adjusting the connecting steering screws.
