How do you maneuver a Mobo?

A: Mobo cruisers have a rear steering mechanism controlled by steering levers at your side.

Where is the chain?

A: Mobo cruisers, with the exception of the Triker Pro, Rocker, and Lady Rocker, do not have chains.

Can my special needs child ride a Mobo cruiser?

A: Mobo cruisers are low to the ground, require no balance, and safe, but it depends on the individual's capabilities.

Will seniors be able to ride a Mobo?

A: Mobo cruisers are safe and excellent for seniors who meet the minimum physical requirements to ride the Mobo, as they are low to the ground and no balance is needed.

Will I be able to transport my Mobo?

A: That depends on what you are using as the transport. Always adjust your frame to its smallest size to make it space efficient during transportation. Please see the chart below for the assembled size of each model.

How do I adjust the size of the Mobo to fit my height?

A: You can adjust the extendable steel frame. For a Mobo Triton or Mobo Triton Pro, remove the knob located in the front of seat, and adjust the frame accordingly. For all other models, loosen the quick release, pull the pull-lock, and adjust the frame accordingly. See the chart below for the height capacity of each model.

Safety Questions

What type of surface can I ride on?

A: You should ride on surfaces that are flat, dry, and smooth. Never ride on dirt, gravel, sand, grass, slick or wet surfaces.

Can I ride Mobo cruisers on the streets?

A: Mobo cruisers should not be ridden in areas where cars or other moving vehicles may be utilized.

Will I tip over when I ride a Mobo?

A: While making a sharp turn, travel at a slower speed to avoid tipping over.

Mobo cruisers are low to the ground. Will cars be able to see me?

A: Always ride with the safety flag attached.

Do I have to wear a helmet when I ride my Mobo?

A: It is strongly recommended that Mobo riders always wear a helmet when riding. Check the laws that apply to safety helmets in your area, as a helmet may be required by law.

Do Mobo cruisers require assembly? If so, how hard is it and how much time will it take?

My tires became worn out, what did I do wrong?

A: Mobo cruisers are not designed to ride on gravel, sand, grass, slick or wet surfaces. In addition, never ride over jumps or off curbs. Making sharp turns and spins on the Mobo and extensive riding will increase wear and tear. My Mobito/Shift is wobbly. How do I fix it?

A: If your cruiser is wobbly, tighten the quick release lever, as well as the steering nut found on the bottom of the cruiser, under the seat.

Why are the wheels on Mobo cruisers angled a certain way?

A: They are angled a certain way, and not parallel, for improved steering mechanism and for stability during rides.

Why is my Mobo cruiser hard to steer?

A: Correctly angling the rear wheels help to steer the cruisers properly and with ease. The rear wheels are designed to be unparallel with each other. The distance between the back of the rear wheels should be 0.25" to 0.75" more than the distance between the front of the rear wheels. If necessary, this distance can be adjusted by tightening/loosening the screws located on the linkage steering.

Why do the wheels lock on my Mobo Tot Disney Frozen?

A: Make sure the cruiser is assembled with the stoppers on the rear frame facing forward. This applies to all Tot models as well as the Mobito models.

The tires deflate when I ride. What do I do?

A: Make sure there is enough air pressure in the tires before each ride. Also make sure the tire valves are tight.

How do I know I am not over-pumping the tires?

A: Measure the tire pressure and follow the tire pressure requirements noted on the tires.

The brakes are too loose/tight. How can I fix this?

A: You can adjust the brakes either by the hand lever or by the brake caliper. Call our Customer Care Department and a representative will be happy to assist you. Where is the brake lever located?

A: On applicable models, the brake lever is located on the right handlebar, but can also be moved to the left handlebar of the Mobo cruisers.

Can I switch my brake lever to the left side?

A: Yes. First remove the grips the handlebar using soap, water, and a flat screwdriver. When the grips are removed, the brake set can be removed to the left side. Make sure the brake cable is on the inside of the steering arm when on the left handlebar.

The brake cable drags under my Mobo. How can I fix that?

A: All Mobo cruisers have a cable leveler located at the bottom of the Mobo. Make sure your cable runs between and above the steering handle. Please see the picture below.

For Triton Pro and Triton models: When deciding the left and right side of the cruiser, sit on the seat to determine the sides. See picture below.

How do I distinguish the left and right pedals?

A: For Shift, Mobito, Mini, Tot models: When deciding the left and right side, look at the cruiser with its front facing towards you. See picture below.

What do I do if the pedals won't come off when I try to change them?

A: To replace pedals on cruisers, it may require heat to be applied to the crank to loosen the locktite in order to detach them. Make sure the pedal is not heated, and be cautious of heated metal.

How do I track my order?

A: Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. Within 2-4 business days, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been shipped with tracking information.

How do I cancel my order?

A: If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us. Orders cancelled after they have been shipped will incur a restocking fee of 15% and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charge incurred.

How do I return my order?

A: Please read the applicable return policy carefully before purchasing items. If you have purchased directly from our website, you can also find more information on the Return Policy Page.

What if my order arrives damaged?

A: Mobo brand products are well packaged to withstand damage during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify our Customer Care Department as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to provide necessary replacement parts as quickly as possible at no additional cost. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned according to the return policy. If your item has a manufacturer defect, defective parts can be replaced. If you encounter any type of quality issue, please contact our Customer Care Department and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

I would like a refund. How can I do that?

A: Your Mobo cruiser, if purchased directly through our website, comes with a 7-day return policy and the product must be returned in the original box. If opened, a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.

Do you have a Holiday Return Policy?

A: Returns will be accepted for products purchased in December as long as the return is authorized by December 31st.
